Fluke's global CMS platform was running on Drupal 7, rapidly approaching end-of-life. The platform served 48+ locales across 8 operating companies, handling critical business content including product documentation, marketing materials, and e-commerce integrations. We needed to modernize to Drupal 10 before the EOL deadline while maintaining SOX compliance, zero downtime, and coordinating across multiple business units with different priorities.
